Through the looking glass...Isn't a looking glass a mirror? Why do they call it a looking Glass then? You're not really looking at anything, you're just seeing what's behind you and stuff.... Seems strange. A looking glass should be a crystal ball or a window I think. Which is appropriate to this semi-regular section to my Blog. Though maybe a Mirror is more appropriate, because it's time once again, for a look back at what's happened, complete with commentary.
Went to church -
The Heathen has entered the building... Went to see Leesi after Church -
It's allll good. =D Hey Leesi. =D Got Leesi in trouble over some Ice cream -
We didn't make it. Really we didn't. Came home late -
I need a pillow in my car... Got to look after Sageygirl -
Woof. =D Tried to stay home from Tafe to get more sleep -
Oooooh. Comfy couch..... =.= Survived Tafe -
Always a bonus. Watched Astroboy at Damiens -
Hoo har! Celebrated my 3 week anniversary -
AKA The Belly button lint anniversary. Celebrated it by getting out more Astroboy. Lost my Internet Access -
Armageddon is coming.... And now, for a word from our sponsors...I hope you people are appreciating all of these sub-headings that I'm doing. IT's really a lot of work. Luckily I type faster than the Flash could. So.
Hmmmm... I suppose this is the bit where I get into more detail, huh? Alright, alright. Fine. But I'm not happy about it.
Heathens, Heathens everywhere, even wearing udnerwear... Yes, I wore clothes and even udnerwear to church. Horror.
You people are sick...
Anyway. So,
how was my first church experience in about two years, you ask?
Good.
It... MAde me think, and reminded me of things I'd forgotten... And I still don't think I'm a christain, but... I'm a couple of big steps closer. And I'm planning to go again this Sunday, so...
But, the most vital part of my churching experience was Damien. Me and him have been good friends for a while now, and I think we're slowly becoming better friends... And why am I not listening to Winamp? Hang on...
*Turns on Winamp...*
Oooooh... Iris. Yeeer.....Anyway.. Where was I? Oh, yeah.... Hrmmmm....
So, Damien's been the main influence that's been encouraging me to get back in touch with my christain side and what not.... Though thanks must also go to Tash, Bart, Christine and Elise.
So I went. But as it turns out, Damien's supposed to go up into this little tech balcony thing during the service. Scary. I was gonna be abandoned. And seeing as I didn't really know anyone there other than Damien Well, and sorta knew Sopp who was also in the lightbox, I felt very puppy dog and vunerable. So I did my best to tag along, and asked to go up into the box, and was allowed. So Iwent up there.
No only did I have the moral support of a good friend handy, I also got the best view in the house. Good deal.
The service was good, and a lot, lot, lot better than the church Jill used to force me to go to. The one near Westpac or whatever. That one is defiently Jills cup of tea, boring evil people who are snobby and stuff all in one place, and all social and what not. No, this churc is far better. They have singing. Neat, huh? And there's a laser pointer in the tech box. Ehehehe....
Hmmmm... For Collection, I handed in all my change. Might sound like not much, but then you'd be forgetting I can carry around upto $20 in change at anyone time (This has been proven. Bought $20 of fuel in change once. And still had enough spare for an energy drink.) But that day I'd only have had about $7-$10. Still, hopefully it'll help buy more Jatz crackers and pay the bills....
And God said, let the babbling cease, and the Blogging continue...Usual story. Went to see Leesi. Had a GREAT time. Bought her brother off with some old games. Advised her dad on a computer upgrade. Tried to not let her watch Jason from Popstars. He's definetly Gay! No offence to any homosexual's, but if he's Gay, then there's no point in straight people *Cough*Leesi*Cough* looking at him. Well, the logic sorta works in Stu land.... We went out for Ice cream, went to a playground place to eat it. Spent too long looking at the stars and chatting and got home late. Got Leesi in trouble. Sorry Leesi! And then I came home... And that was pretty much it....
Who let the Dog in? Woof woof. My Brother's goen on Holiday.
Yay.
No Brother to Nag me at work.
We get to look after Sagey Girl.
Double yay!!! =D Sagey Girl is his dog, by the way.
She's bootiful. =D She's a Bitzie. Bitza Collie, Bitza some attack dog.
If she ever has pups, I'm grabbing the pick of the litter.
She inadvertendly caused the destruction of one of Dad's hearing aids though, which is defiently bad....
Not that he ever wears them... But...
Tafe - Totally Annoying Friggin EducationI know I need Tafe, but... Geez... IT's so easy for me, and so.... Easy! And it interrupts perfectly good sleeping time.... IT's evil Evil I say.
Week off, Week of IT3... IS there a difference? Damien has week off. Stu has Tafe. Heh.
Astroboy, Astroboy....So, I left Tafe early. Didn't need to stay. Gotta read Chapter 5 and 6 sometime though.. Someone wanna remind me?
And Tash's Poems....
So, I went to Damo's. He had the last tape of astro I hadn't watched yet, so, hey! I figured, kill two birds. Spend some time with a friend, while trying to redesign the basic structure of the internet to be more effective, and watch astroboy. Rocking!
And it was. And we got out more... =D but then I had to go home for tea, and unbeknownst to me, to get a call from Leesi.
Who's sick. Everyone wish she gets better soon!!
Though she doens't like chicken soup....
Belly button lint and Armageddon.I don't think 3 week, or even a month.. Or 3 months count as a major anniversary, but, still. A year is paper, so I figure 3 weeks is Belly Button lint. It works in Stu land....
And yes... Shock.. Horror... Iinet sent us a big bill for the next 6 - 12 months of service, and we didn't pay... I wonderd why my e-mail didn't work the other night.... And then I couldn't log in today, and it clicked. Oops. So, a quick phonecall and 2 hours later and it's all working properly. Though I'm logged on as my Dad. I couldn't wait 2 hours I couldn't....
And that's it. The last few days in brief. Or as brief as I get. Thanks for coming along for the ride. Please deposit a gold molar on the way out as payment.
Boom, baby.
